  March 17, 2021 - Nose is ripe cherry, anise, spice and tarragon....
  Flavor is cherry, raspberry, floral with nice grippy tannins and then an explosion of residual flavor on the swallow with perfectly integrated fruit and tannin...just outstanding and sure to be even better in 3-5 years...
  94 now but leaning higher....
