  March 18, 2021 - Beautiful cherry notes with a little sour Brett aroma in the background and some red licorice. Has great acid and tannin with long dry finish. A little austere at this time but I like it! Wish I had a dozen more to drink :(
  Will probably wait 3-5 years to drink the last one.
