  March 18, 2021 - I let it breathe for 2 hours and drank over 3 (half bottle). The tannins and midly chewy and sour but fine. The fruit is ripe and pure with dark plum notes. A juicy finish. I can see some finding the wine a bit too sour. But I like that.
