  March 20, 2021 - 👃 aged nose, pencil shaving, tobacco, dried dark fruits, liqourice, mushroom, earthy
  
  👀 darkish red, slight brick
  
  👅 12.5% abv, some grip to tannins in the first hour that melted away over next few hours, medium acid, medium body, flavors matching the aromatic profile. Delicious and ready to go but should have another few years ahead of it.
