March 21, 2021 - Fresh strawberries and raspberries on the palate. It seemed a bit hot on night one but now I'm thinking it might have been served a bit warm; seemed better on night three after some time in the fridge. A beautiful copper-pink in colour. Not as refreshing as the 2020 Vaïla but still a very nice rosé. CellarTracker says this is Merlot but the bottle says Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Sangiovese.
