March 26, 2021 - Nose of green apple, grapefruit, lemon, white flowers and wet stone. Really lithe on the palate, this is definitely on the lighter, fresher and more mineral driven spectrum. Good energy, tension and acidity, with plenty of limestone driven flavors, this really only lacks depth and concentration. More white burg than CA chard in its presentation. Medium length finish. Easy drinker that will go well with food, but not terribly cerebral or memorable. You won't mistake it for a Vice Versa wine from the same vineyard.
