  March 27, 2021 - How elegant and delicious can Rhone get, well this is the answer to that. Light on nose, with juicy purple fruit, fresh pepper and tiny bits of anis. Has a fresh feeling to it. Almost burgundy like in structure, the tannins has mellowed out and some acidic bakbone for the te fruit. Good length. A true charmer. had it with finnbiff, a creamy reindeerstew and that was a wrap. Don`t know if I see any developement reasons for saving it, yet there is no stress to open it neither.
