  March 27, 2021 - Beautiful nose! Kept smelling the wine for 5 minutes before taking the first sip. Nose has orange peel, a bit yeasty molasses, burnt caramel, and melons in the end. Palate has molasses, creme brulee, the right amount of citrus, and a mild bitterness on the end.
