  March 28, 2021 - Decanted for 2 hours....could have used more as it revealed more in the glass throughout the drinking window(which at my house is usually a pretty short window!!)...great complex nose...just wanted to keep smelling...it was as enjoyable to smell as it was to drink which I can’t say of too many wines...the drinking experience was also great..
  Cherry, spice notes, some earthiness with a wonderful balance and acidity ....I must admit I am not all that knowledgeable about burgundies and haven’t experienced any grand crus, but I found this premier cru to be absolutely wonderful...
