March 25, 2021 - This youthful and fresh Syrah is less expressive than typical for SA syrahs. Some may criticize this, I appreciate this bottle's food pairing flexibility. Crispy red berries, menthol, bell pepper notes and some spices in the background. I will give it another 2 years to round some edges.
