  March 28, 2021 - Nice, nice dark fruit (like plum), vanilla and vegetal notes on the nose. Nice acidity and more vegetal, pepper and cooked plum on the palate. A little too much alcohol still felt on the palate even though we drank it below 18 C. Will give the next one another year or two.
