  March 29, 2021 - A new wave approach to pinotage, more refreshing with fresh acidity and a lightness of touch than one might expect. At the beginning of its drinking window, with a little grip, but enjoyable with food now. Great to see a different interpretation of the grape and a good wine for spring.
