  March 29, 2021 - My first tasting of 2012 Columella in 2016: it needed time to age. Now, it is 2021, Much Better. Tannins are now smooth and silky, aromas matched up its tasting, and much more pleasing tastes, and a great wine to match up with a steak. Glad to have brought it out last evening, and that I have another bottle ready to drink and in another year or two; it may be even better!
