August 15, 2020 - Cork, 14.5% alc. Dense and opaque black-red.
Blackberry, blackcurrant, soy, pan juices, crushed ants, licorice, and chocolate.
What the fruit lacks in outright freshness, it makes up for in concentration and power. Fine, dusty, and very persistent tannins. The oak is always present, however it doesn’t shout out too much.
Opinion: Good wine. Could handle another decade of cellaring easily.3 people found this helpful 2,260 views
