  March 30, 2021 - The 2001 is still drinking great. When I had it two months ago, I thought it had 10 years left. I think I underestimated. It is still full bodied, well structured and young. The tannins are still big, but are starting to round out. It is not showing a lot of fruit, but has great acidity and a long finish.
