  March 27, 2021 - In spite of pristine storage for the life of the bottle, the cork was too dry and fell apart during extraction. A bit of sediment in the bottle. Decanted one hour before pairing with ribeye steaks. A little subdued at first but began to develop further about 90+ minutes after decanting. All of the classic Napa cab notes are there, but overall it didn't hold up to some of the other reserve vintages. Nothing wrong, its good - just not as good as it probably should be considering the price tag that has likely come with it. Drink now or hold.
