March 31, 2021 - This is easily one of the best Chardonnay's I've ever had. Perfumed citrus, apple powder and chalky mineral notes. Clean, crisp acidity with enveloping mid-palate texture. The finish goes on and on. How does Aubert harmonize elegance AND intensity in the same glass? My mind is blown.
