  April 3, 2021 - Well this wine is extremely young so my rating is probably a bit off.
  Had tried to pour a glass in Zalto Burgundy and also Zalto Bordeaux....after 2-3 hours in the glass there seem to be some smaller hints that something more might go on...at the same time i poured the bottle into the big Zalto decanter , and now after 5 hours not a lot has happened there still seem to be occasional very faint signs of something more beneath....not really sure how this will evolve....have one bottle left which is in my cellar and will stay there for the next 10 years before i try it.

  7/7/21, 6:14 PM - Was the wine just shut down? Seems some very different experiences from the other tasters. Also, one last question, how do you allocate points (what’s the scoring system you employ). Asking as I have a parcel of this wine in bottles and magnum.

  7/10/21, 6:36 AM - Hi sheriff JW , i actually think that the wine was just shutdown as thats the most likely thing....so i think it will be best to have it on hold , or if you have several bottles i suggest that you try one yourself. My suspicion is that some rate wines higher because of the names on the bottle.
