  April 4, 2021 - This is simply fantastic at this stage. Lychee and pine apple on the nose. Incredibly fresh and vibrant on the palette. Tropical fruits with a lingering ceste of lemon as aftertaste. This went through a little dormant phase a while back but only to emerge with much more complexity and pleasure.
