  April 2, 2021 - Very pale yellow. Fresh acidity stands out much more than the fruit. Simple without much complexity. As an aperitif, it's tart and not fun. But balanced with some creamy alpine cheeses (Gruyere, Comté), it works quite nicely. Still, priced in the high US$20s, it is not a good value, but maybe a fun one-time tasting for friends to break away from the usual international varietals.
