April 2, 2021 - Nice Chardonnay. This has a freshness from thr acidity, and is mineral driven in good Old World fashion, but does not taste like a Burgundy or Chablis. The altitude shines, and has apple and pear notes, and thankfully no malo notes. Minimal if any oak.
