  March 31, 2021 - Day one: Nose of body odor. Tannic. Cherry. Some vanilla. Some Pinot Noir tang. Some strawberry. Some grass. Umami on the finish after the wine left mouth. Elegant wine. Day two: Virtual tasting with winery.

  4/6/21, 2:51 PM - The winery selected this wine to taste so I take that as advice to drink now. I think that it just needs a little time in the glass. I cheated by sampling the night before via Coravin. Both times the wine was ready to go approximately 30 minutes after entering the glass.
