  April 6, 2021 - Drunk straight from the bottle.
  
  The wine is clear, looks red in colour.
  There is no sediment in the bottle.
  
  On the nose: Red berries, unripe plum, grass, overall very fresh.
  
  On the palate: Very fresh on the palate, red fruit, cassis, Black pepper on the finish.
  
  The body is light/medium.
  The wine has a smooth texture.
  The wine finishes medium.
  The wine has fresh acidity.
  The wine has medium level of round, slightly dry Tannin.
  
  Conclusion
  Really great wine, very very fresh and clean.Paul Jaboulet Aine is one of my favourite producers not only in the Rhone but of any region. Parallele 45 is the entry level wine they produce and is certified organic.
  Plenty of fruit sweetness, balanced with seamless acidity + tannin.
  Still manages to hold on to a great freshness throughout with a slightly savoury finish.
  Bang for buck one of the best wines you can buy.
