  April 6, 2021 - This wine is a deep purple in color with a med intensity of aroma. The nose is composed of cedar, plum skins, ripe apricot, raspberry, red cherry, ripe blackberries, green bell pepper, black pepper, crushed stone, toast and nutmeg. This wine is dry with med acidity, med tannin, full body, med(+) AVB, med(+) finish, and a med(+) intensity of flavor. The palate is composed primarily of ripe plum, cherries, ripe black berries, coffee, and cedar. Overall, this is a very good wine that should be drunk now.
