  April 6, 2021 - This wine is a deep purple in color with a med intensity of aroma. I smell ripe plum, coffee, chocolate, black cherries, black pepper, cedar, under-ripe raspberries, butter, biscuit and toast. The wine is fully developed. This wine is dry with med(+) acidity, med(+) tannin, med(+) ABV, med intensity of flavor, and a med(+) finish. The palate is fairly consistent with nose. Overall, this is a good wine that should be drunk now, not suitable for further ageing.
