    9/21/21, 2:51 AM - the 2011 not younger. And please, remember NO decanting for the great Burgundy wines, especially the Cotes de Nuits. It was Dominique Laurent who taught me that. This damages the aromas of the wine. The best way is to simply remove the contents from the neck of the bottle (4-5 cm) and allow to air for 2 hours. If this is not enough, it is because the wine was not yet to be drunk
