  April 8, 2021 - Quality young Riesling here and very enjoyable on PNP. I don't think it rises to the level of complexity and breadth of the cuvee Ste Catherine, but that is a story for another day.
  
  Limpid golden yellow hue on pour. Fresh scents of honeysuckle, apricot, and jasmine. Just a suggestion of residual sugar on the palate, but still basically a dry offering. Fresh ginger, apple, honey, and apricot marmalade on the palate. Decent length...
  
  Paired with a simple prawn dish.
