  April 10, 2021 - The wine was pale purple at the core and slightly lighter at the the rim. The viscosity was high . Alcohol was 14.8 %
  
  On the nose there were bouquets of cranberry, cherry jam vanilla, milk chocolate and cedar.
  
  On the palate the taste was fruit forward with taste of sour cherry, leather, espresso and pepper. The wine was medium dry, and had medium acid and alcohol and low tannins. It was medium bodied and had a medium finish
  
  This wine needs to mature and could use 5 more years in the bottle.
