  April 11, 2021 - A more elegant version of Ribera. Refined tannins with black fruits and earthy notes of loamed earth. Decanted for 2.5 hrs it opened up beautifully and I absolutely loved it with homemade sausage pasta in tomato sauce. Half the bottle was stored in the fridge for the next day and it saw a significant decline. I don't think this will last more than 2-3 years so drink up. Score based on the first day.
