  April 16, 2021 - Now this is the Silex that I was hoping for. Pale yellow color and lighter than a 2005 Champagne that was drunk previously. Beautiful and complex aromas of flint, jasmine, tropical fruit. Palate felt light but concentrated young peach flavors. Fantastic bottle. Sadly my last.
