  January 6, 2009 - Straight from bottle. Deep red to purple. Strong Cassis on the nose matched in the palate. Reasonable finish turning smokey and lingering. Not too well structured, no tannins, but will probably endure, as other Stonehorse varieties, for several years as a wine of value.
