  April 27, 2021 - Light floral herb mineral aroma. Entry is not quite spritzy dry fruit, then interesting herb, mineral, medium fruit, moderate acidity over a persistent layer of stone which adds complexity and depth. What a match for raw shellfish. Perhaps, not every taster will appreciate what some will find intriguing. Comparison: bone dry Alsatian Riesling?
  
  In a blind tasting who in the world would guess Sicily? Many Sicilian wines taste non Italian and remain untasted.
