  Aromas on the nose show a mix of orchard blossoms and wild flowers, quince, lemon peel, kumquat, pear, almond, sea spray and hints of beeswax and lemongrass.
  The palate shows round textures and zesty mouth-watering acidity. Flavors reveal notes of lemon, kumquat and quince with a touch of floralness, almond, saline, chalk, beeswax and lemongrass. The finish is moderate in length and intensity.
