April 30, 2021 - Nice Oregon Pinot but not my favorite from this producer. Slow to open up, comes on strong right out of the bottle. Paired well with a nice smoky cedar planked salmon with roasted vegetables. A bit bolder and less nuanced than my favorite Oregon Pinots. I will be interested to see if it softens overnight, or with a bit more bottle age.
