May 1, 2021 - Still dark red core, 5mm paler rim with just a hint of Orange/brown. Wonderful cassis aromas, followed by meaty gravy and red pepper. Full ripe CS cassis on palate, with tannins almost resolved. Superb aged New World style CS. Seems younger than 99, so no rush
