  May 1, 2021 - 31 years old and so youthful. 30-40 years of life left in this beauty. 5 hour slow ox + 1 hour decant to reveal its greatness. Iron. Lots of iron. Like an old Chateau Margaux. Cedar. Lots of cedar. More structure than fruit. Not perfectly in balance but you can forgive that - so much more on offer. Medium full bodied, long and sweet. Let's see if it improves over the next hour or two.
