  May 9, 2021 - Out of a .375 (I guess we all loaded up on that same Envoyer offer). Salmon/peach in color with a lively, focused bead. Focused nose of wild strawberries and raspberries. A coiled spring of flavors match the nose. It's just alive. Long finish that calls you back. Lovely stuff and already in a prime drinking window.
