  May 11, 2021 - With two hours air this was still flat. Four hours in it opened up to dark bing cherry note and stone. The nose was muted throughout.

  5/11/21, 1:00 PM - Moderate acidity that would still make this food friendly. No tannins left to resolve IMHO. I did not try this on release so I’m not sure what it was like then.
