  May 12, 2021 - Nose is definitely closed, not giving up the typical vibrant, citrusy notes I get from sancerre. Even palate is not typical, more mineral than fruit driven, at least on pop and pour. Quite different than my recollection of the non-Cuvee Buster bottle, but not necessarily in a bad way. 2nd half of bottle the next day opened up a bit more, showing more fruit, but still a more elegant, complex sancerre. Definitely ageworthy.
