  May 13, 2021 - The Wine Society: Beaujolais wines; 5/10/2021-5/20/2021: Took 20 minutes to broaden out and lose a bit of a burnt toast notes, but then this spread out into a beautifully balanced but structured Beaujolais. Fragrant cherry and mushroom notes cut through with a touch of strawberry. Earthy, grippy. Great value.
