  May 13, 2021 - Nearly 2 years after the prior: Pale ruby, transparent at the edges. The recent notes below, especially by DougLee, describe it well. To that we will add, this continues to have a pleasant savory strawberry aspect. A nice touch of white ground pepper. Beautifully balanced, with good acidity. Quite enjoyable over three nights.
