  May 17, 2021 - Typical good young Silvaner nose with apple, other fruit, mineral and green/vegetal notes. Medium(+) body, fully dry, with apple, other fruit, some vegetal and green notes, hints of spices, medium+ acidity, fine mineral notes, and a rather long aftertaste. Young and with a food-friendly profile (probably from the rather long maceration), could benefit from some additional aging, 88(+)/89 pts.
  
  I'd describe this as produced in a style somewhere between the light and fresh Silvaners (typically Kabinett trocken) I enjoy with white asparagus and the more heavyweight Silvaner GGs that (especially after a few years in the cellar) pair well with cold cuts, but perhaps closer to the GGs.
