  May 14, 2021 - Near opaque
  Deep nose – quite fat and broad, with a very purple quality, black cherry fruit, and cassis. DARK, with excellent freshness.
  
  Sweet-edged attack, creamy, spicy and big with some fat and good acidity. Expressive, with some exotic notes, alcohol… lots of fruit! Ripe, smooth tannins, dilute chalky grip.
