  May 17, 2021 - Drank this wine with an Asian Chicken pasta salad. Excellent pairing as the wine didn’t overpower the food at all. But instead provided enough backbone and acidity to enhance the flavors. On its own, the wine is dry with flavors of nectarine, peach and even lychee? And the aging on the ‘15 has helped the wine evolve more into a beautiful wine. Not sweet. Not waxy. Just beautiful!
