  May 20, 2021 - Popped, breathed in bottle 7 hours, consumed over next two. Started out nice enough, but continually added depth and nuance. I think this is at a mid-point in its evolution and likely has decades to go. There are a lot of good things going on here with great balance, elegance and complexity, but there is still room for tertiary development and more complete integration. This certainly has the material to go the distance. No harm in drinking one now if you have a few, but give it plenty of air. Absolutely no hurry. 94+
