  May 26, 2021 - Wild herby strawberry nose, a whiff of anise like spiciness. Delicate mouthfeel. Tastes like a hilltop wine, no real bass notes. High toned, watermelon/cranberry like fruit, very pink/red spectrum, some dirt-y licorice root and a prominent slate/limestone quality (mineral water style) sits on still grippy but very fine grained tannins.
