  May 27, 2021 - Decent wine, but very vegetal and green. Wondering if this was a cool season or especially early harvest for this vineyard in Alexander valley or if they simply chose to not de-stem. It’s pronounced with a grassy aroma (with some sweet spices) on the nose and grainy texture on the tongue. Medium bodied, long finish. Fruit shows better after an hour of in-glass decant. Overall, a Decent weeknight wine but didn’t come off as cohesive or balanced with the primary and secondary flavors.
