The palate is a similar mix of bright, layered Chablis and just emerging oxidative notes. I can drink this as an aperitif no problem, but it sure isn’t magical like this wine can be. Sigh. No score.

  5/30/21, 6:26 PM - Agree this is a problem with the 08’s. We opened two bottles side by side. One pale yellow green and one gold, with the aromas to match. Same case, purchased at the same time.
