  May 31, 2021 - A bit too young for my palate. The tannins are still there but it has entered its early drinking phase. It is still primary but beautifully integrated. Called it Volnay Premier Cru with at least 10 years of age on my second sip. This would need another 5 years to develop more mid-palate weight and secondary flavors and then I can see this score climbing to 94/95. Very good wine.
