  May 31, 2021 - Decanted last Friday night. The nose was full with notes of earth and cigar box. After about 30 minute decant, the wine opened with some dark tart cherry, sweet raspberry, tannins and some acidity. It's in a great place but the window is closing. I am surprised by how well this has held up for a not too expensive wine. Drink it up now because it won't get better. I say this a lot lately as I am drinking down all of my old Bordeaux's so sorry for the repetitiveness LOL.
